Great Clips in Sarasota, FL

Really poor service they messed up my hair. I had to go cut my hair some ass horrible I need my full refund.

Great Clips 3562 Clark Rd, Sarasota, Buyer Beware!!!!!!! I am very disappointed. I have been a long time customer at the Beneva & Clark location in Sarasota. My hair was long, to the middle of my back. I told the stylist to trim one inch to 2 inches. I even showed her how much. The Stylist cut 4 inches off. My hair was all one length too no layers in the back or front. I could not see what stylist was doing since there was no mirror directly behind me. The stylist was combing out the front & said to me I'm going to cut long bangs. She had a strong Spanish accent. Before I could say anything "Snip" at nose level. I realized it was too late to say anything. I was not reactive to the situation at that moment, since the shop was full of people. The stylist left my hair wet & I did not see the final cut at the shop since the stylist hurried me to the register while my hair was combed down, flat and wet. I did not see the final result until I got home which was about an hour later. I ran some errands after I had my hair cut. That's when I figured too much time had gone past. I did not take a picture of myself before my "trim". I wanted to call & complain or go back to the shop. Since it would be the stylists word against mine I just figured it wouldn't do any good anyway. I am so dissatisfied with the results since it will take about a year to grow back. $20.00 hair cut that looks like an untrained teenager cut it, not a licensed mature hair stylist. I will NEVER use that stylist again. From the middle of my back to just below collar bone is not 2 inches on any human being! Now it will take me 1 year to grow out. Seriously pissed off customer.

Terrible customer service. Brought my 4 year old for a hair cut and the woman cutting his hair sprayed him in the face & hair for about 2 minutes straight without even attempting to cover his face. He was obviously bothered by it, but she didn't care to help him out. After she cut his hair, she left shavings covering his face and he was upset by it. She even left at one point after spraying him in the face to go help another client. She treated my child as if they weren't human. Awful service.

Great job. Fast, easy, nice price. I used the online check in for the first time. Saved a ton of time.

My hair was in a high ponytail Monday morning. I asked to have it trimmed by about 2 inches, gently angled down forward parallel to my jawline. Just above the shoulders. I felt a very high snip and said "what are you doing!". She said it was just the undercut for layering. She ended up SHAVING MY NECK it was cut so high in the back. A REALLY BAD KAREN CUT!. Oh it's longer in the front, she said she had to cut it like that or you wouldn't notice the angle. I kept telling her it was too short. She said it was just 2-3 inches.... cut 2-3 times!!!!! High pony tail that morning. Look at the attached pick. I left in tears.
