I am beyond frustrated with the way my hair was handled. i have attempted to get mistakes in color corrected to no avail. My hair was accidentally over-highlighted and then botched to correct and turned very ashy. I went back a 2nd and 3rd time and left without much resolution. I decided not to go back a 4th time. Very upset with the poor quality of work I received. My hair never looked so bad...but I felt that saying something again would only make for an ugly situation so I paid and left.

hoooorrrifffic! 0 stars does not know one thing about cutting hair!! i said 2", she cut 4" i said angle front .. did not understand what i meant???? uneven .... the reviews on her sight are lies and bogus !! 4.9 a real joke!! her rating should be 2.7!!! that's why we went ! all appt times available!! no customers or employees in her shop!! tell tale. don't be a guinea pig.

I have a 74 year old friend that I am feeling disgusted for. She was in terrible pain after having an accident and hurt her arm very badly. She was called by the salon 20 minutes after her appointment but, she had just had the accident. She was still going to try and go. She had previously had to leave a $60 deposit. They kept her deposit...even with this very viable reason. AND, they wanted to charge her an additional $50 to make another appointment. What ?!? Yes, keep an old persons money when money is tight for most of us single people! Not nice!

Tried a manicure and pedicure at this salon for the first time 4 days ago. My gel manicure is already coming off! I have never had a gel manicure last less than three weeks. The pedicure was supposed to be 50 minutes long and both the manicure and pedicure were done in an hour. Room seemed a bit dirty and the equipment was run down. The UV light used on my hands actually felt like it was hot and was burning my fingers, which I've never encountered anywhere else. I submitted a review directly to the salon and they never followed up.

I just came in today (I'm getting married next month) and I needed to get my hair colored for the first time as I had a few gray hairs I didn't want in my wedding photos. I was very nervous and had so many people tell me not go get it colored as they always go too dark and I'll never get my exact shade (which is a milk/dark chocolate). Well let me tell you I had John Frank do my color and cut, and WOW!!!! He got my EXACT color, listened to everything I had to say and I could not be happier. He is AMAZING.
