He's been growing it for months... asked for a trim to mid eyebrows, mid ear, and keep it all long just even back and blend it together. Second horrible haircut. He received a compliment on how well he behaves so that had nothing to do with it. Location is convenient and SOME stylists are AMAZING!! But we sadly received the same gal twice. At this point it's a cute cut I'd it went over the ears as that's the only part that's long and it flips out strangely
Cannot even describe how terrible my experience was. The older Asian lady who works there needs a serious reality check on how to handle customers. I have curly hair and I didn't have high hopes that someone at great clips would have experience with it, but I expected something decent at least. Not only did she clearly not have the experience, she belittled me and told me my hair was dry, tangled, oily, etc. She repeated these things for the entire hair cut and wash. Additionally she rubbed my hair so aggressively while conditioning, that she was clearly the one who tangled it. I reminded her that my hair is curly and the curls tangle themselves. As for dry and oily, how is it both? Come on. I paid a lot for a subpar haircut and a rude hairdresser.
They are practicing excellent Covid sanitization guidelines. Very clean. Shampoos are available. Great cuts every time. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fun, lively atmosphere. Efficient. You can always find a coupon for your great cut. They offer online check-in and a reminder for when your turn is up.
