Great Clips in Parma, OH

my husband checked it online and he got a time and then he kept being put back and put back. He went in a lady walked in behind him, and she was taken before he was. He was told that they don't use the online check-in any longer. They only did it during Covid. Why do they let you check in when they don't under that time very unprofessional.

Never ever coming back here and you shouldn't either. The girls here cannot cut hair to save their lives. The haircuts are cheap for a reason--you're getting what you pay for. I told the girl I wanted a fade.. So what does she do? She shaves one side of my head all the way up to my part line. THAT'S NOT A FADE! And then she neglected to do the same to the other side so the sides were completely uneven. Uhm....?? I told her I wanted an inch and a half trim on the top... She trims half an inch. Like are you really that stupid? I don't understand. She also did this really weird thing at the intersection of the back and top where some parts were super shorter than the others. I don't understand how this girl got hired, how she continues to have a job, or how she even got a cosmetology license! I hope the company has proof that she has one. My haircut was so bad that it was literally unfixable. I had to go home and shave my head so that everything would be even and look somewhat decent. I'm pissed--I look horrible with a shaved head.

I usually only go to barbers but due to leaving on vacation Monday am I was forced to go for a trim on 2/21 what could go wrong, right???? Well there were 2 young ladies working, one w/ dark hair and one a few chairs down from her, which is where I was escorted to. I asked for her to blend/fade the sides and just a little bit off the top, nothing hard. After her continuing to cut and cut and cut, she turned me around to what I consider a nightmare, I practically had a Mohawk, it was unbelievably the worst haircut I have ever had. I usually do the messy look with nice faded sides, well now I am bald because I went home and completely shaved my head. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Maybe try hiring people w/ some sort of skills and not beginners.

Stopped by for a hair cut Sunday afternoon. Three stylist were working, all with clients, one person ahead of me in the store, but was told that 5 people have checked in on-line and they would be taken before me, if they arrive before I am in the stylists chair. Two of the three stylists finished with their clients and after they flitted about, swept up and went into the back room, one called the person who was their before me. Now, I am the only one in the waiting area. The 3rd stylists instead of calling me, decided it was time to clean out her purse, exchange the singles she had in her purse for larger bills out of the register, the whole time ignoring me. I finally approached her and asked if she was still working. She said she was waiting to see if any of the on-line customers were coming in. I asked her "what about the customer (me) who in already her waiting. She then said she didn't want to leave the 2 stylists if all 5 on-line customers come in. She purposely evaded my questions, which I expected as this hair cut establishment puts children in charge of the store. I went around the corner to Best Cuts, was treated properly and got one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. In a not shell: Great Clips - very misleading name. Best Cuts - the TRUE GREAT CLIPS.
