Great Clips in Omaha, NE

Messed up my hair. She drove the buzzers up almost the whole way up my head. Didn't even ask, I knew the place looked sketch when I drove up.

I've been going to this location for years because it's close to my house and doesn't cost too much. They have high turnover there but the cut is consistently ok. I've been unlucky the last 3 times I've been there because I checked in online and when I got there someone would leave for the bank or lunch and I would end up waiting 30 minutes to be serviced.

Went here first time (also, my last) didn't even ask what type of service I wanted! Then after 40 minutes (people sign up on the internet were pushed ahead of me) if I knew that is how this worked I wouldn't have stay, but my husband just dropped me off another last. Wanted shampoo, cut and style, what I got was a spray bottle of water to my head w/water dripping down my back. Had a picture of a cut that I wanted (a short style) what I received was a basic trim! My hair is still shoulder length!  Gal kept saying she liked it well of course she like it she was cutting it. Told is nothing like the picture that was laying right in front of her the whole time and I kept saying it nothing like the picture or what I wanted! Getting in the car my husband asked if I changed my mind about the short style told him "NO" this is what I got!!! He then told my to look in the mirror and the right side is shorter that the left, crying all the way home. Now I have to find someone who knows how to cut hair in this town as this is the 3rd time I have tried to get this style!!!

A little late, but went in for a hair cut in July, asked for a trim. Thought I had been drafted again, almost shaved my head, first swipe with a short clipper and the hair on the side was about 1/4 inch long. Had asked her to leave enough on the side to comb and take about 1 inch on length. She was so fast with the shears that I didn't have time to tell her to stop on the side. She had to even it then. Took about 3 inches off top, left me with about one inch. Would never go back, would give 0 stars, but it won't let me. Was there visiting from AZ.

Very hit-and-miss. Last time I was here I got a decent trim for a decent price and the hair dresser knew how to treat my hair type (very curly). Today I went in for the same type of trim and walked out looking like Mia from Princess Diaries before her makeover. The hair dresser didn't know that you never brush curly hair, and you certainly don't brush it whole blow drying it. She did both of these. I'm not sure I will come back if it means I risk having a terrible hair treatment.
