New management has awful service. We use to go here often. Not anymore.
The price was double what it was previously and the only comment was time which is not on the customer. It's not the customers job to train employees at their cost. $95 for a basic acrylic set. Then threatened by the daughter. Disappointing as the previous owners were sweet and enjoyable to talk with.
Overcharged compared to other salons. My nails lasted half the time than usual. Would not recommend
The services here are way too overpriced for the quality nails that you end up with. For a french tip that's done half decent will cost you $90. They won't even remove your cuticles so you will see nail growth within 5 days. For $90 you need to clean the cuticles. I've never been truly satisfied with the work they do here. The techs are rude half the time as well. I've been here only twice in the past year and I don't plan on coming back after finding a new nail tech that actually deserves my $90.
They did a really good job on my nails. Got my hands and toes done. They constantly asked if I was pleased with what they were doing and make changes when I was being a bit indecisive lol. I would definitely recommend, especially Tony the nail tech!
Worst mani/pedi. Will never go back.
I don't know what they are doing differently with the polish. I have never seen this before. The polish on my toe nails rubbed off about three hours after I left the salon. Take a tissue and rub it over my toenails, polish was gone. My toenails were cut unevenly with jagged corners on my big toes. Worried about ingrown toenails.
The manicure lasted about as long because the polish rubbed off. I got an infection on my right thumb from being cut during the manicure. Terrible place. Will not be back. Do not understand how their polish doesn't dry.
