If I could give this place negative stars I would! This is the second time and last I will ever visit this location. The first was not good either, but not bad like this visit. I am too embarrassed to add a picture of what this women did to my hair. I should have been prepared. You get what you pay for ! Maybe this is the reason I am the first to post this location. BOOK SOME OTHER LOCATION!!! I made an appointment using the Great Clip app which I have to say is a great tool ! I made my appointment on time and did not have to wait. I showed the stylist a picture of several shots taken of the style of a simple cut that I wanted, she glanced at it and told me " oh I have been doing that cut all day" I told her just like the photo she replied yes " people want dramatic hair cuts today" I should have made her study the picture with all four sides of photos Needless to say it wasn't what I expected. She asked if I had a problem with clippers, I did not. I should have said YES. She cut too much off the side and said " oh it will grow in, just use some WAX !! I told her I wanted this cut because I didn't want to work each morning with my hair. She HACKED MY HAIR I asked her how long she had been cutting hair which she replied "10 years " and then added I have had a lot of jobs, cook,retail, waitress I should have gotten out of the chair at that point but it was too late, my hair was already too SHORT and nothing like the photo. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!!!! I like Great Clips White Oak is great but NOT this one. NEVER AGAIN BOOK A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!
