Today, between 11 and 12, we checked in online, as always, and the waiting time was 35 minutes. We finished other things, then we received a text message telling us the remaining waiting time was 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we went to the store, and we were informed that the waiting time would be from 3 to 11 minutes. So, we decided to wait. We spent more than 20 minutes, and our turn didn't come! People were coming after us and getting served before us, which was annoying. So, we decided to go to another store.
