I have officially, unfortunately come to this place too many times and every single time something goes wrong. Whether it be a terrible haircut, or chatty employee's something always goes wrong. Today I went in with a second person, after we check in online (which they religiously prompt everyone to do) we checked in again at the store. My partner gets called and then 5 people are placed in front of me in the line. For some reason I was never checked in. My haircut didn't get started until my partner was finished and even then I had to wait until someone was done. So come on in to this great clips if you want an interesting experience. The employees are always spilling the beans on something whether it be another coworker or customers... you'll get the scoop.
If you don't have an online appointment don't bother. They will act as if you and your money aren't welcome. I was told multiple times I had to wait 34 minutes. Another guest walks in after my wait, and one employee told him there was one in front of him. (Me) When it was time for the next haircut a different stylist took the online guy in front of me. Additionally they were talking smack on the people who were getting their hair cut after they left. Essentially I get the feeling that none of these ladies are interested in money or the concept of turnover to increase profit margins. I was there Thursday November 18 around 10:30 if you want to talk bad about me. Unfortunately I could care less if you do. Long story short, find someone else that wants to earn your money and repeat business. As for me. I'll not be back.
Danielle gave me an excellent cut and continues to go above and beyond to provide a great haircut. Highly recommend this location and all the staff there!
I checked in online and still waited an additional 25min on top of my 44 min wait. Not punctual. DOMININIC RUINED MY THANKSGIVING. He gave me the worst haircut of my life. I literally sat in my car for two minutes and cried.
