Terrible Customer Service Employee Smelt Of Cigarette's Seemed High She Was Completely Strung Out Insulted My Child With Sensory Processing Disorder He Hasn't Had A Haircut Since June His Hair Was Long And She Kept Insisting I Was Too Blame For His Hair Being Long And I Was A Bad Mother For Waiting Until He Was Ready She Didn't Want To Do Her Job Then Rushed Through The Haircut Because She Had A Line After My Scheduled Appointment Then Proceeds To Ask For A Tip As The Other Employee Stood There.

I've always had an excellent experience with Great Clips, and although my usual location is down in Texas, I stopped into this one while on vacation to see my family back home. Everyone was very sweet, and the vibes were awesome! Cami hooked me up with a great haircut and beard trim, and we had a really fun conversation as she worked her magic. She even recommended some really neat places around town to visit while I'm here! Do yourself a favor and stop in for your next haircut: they won't disappoint!

I was in need of a haircut (split ends). Decided to go here because my husband gets his haircut from this same location and always comes with a nice job done. I decided to give it a try (even though I've never feel comfortable with other people cutting my hair with the exception of my hairstylist-which wasn't available). I knew they had online check-in service but si was closed by and decided to stop with a friend a do it right away. Since I didn't have appointment I waited maybe 20 minutes (but went fast). And then a sweet young lady (Bri) made my haircut. I'll definitely come back again to this location and to get a haircut with her.
My husband came later and also got a haircut same day with a Cassy and she also did a neat clean job.
I recommend this place!

I showed up and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. After waiting 20 minutes, I started keeping track of the time. I ended up waiting well over 45 minutes for a simple beard trim. In the time that I was kept waiting, I could have simply walked to Target, bought an electric razor, walked back, driven home, and given myself a better trim than what I got at this place.

There were employees who cared more about closing out their counters than the customers waiting for a hair

We took my special needs 58 yr old brother here for a haircut. He gets tremors with anxiety. When we sat waiting he had noticable tremors. Bethany was his stylist. She was warm and friendly and he immediately stopped the tremors. In fact, during the haircut he almost fell asleep. He got the best haircut of his life! Modern man's cut. He has been happily talking about his haircut ever since. Thank you Bethany, you truly don't know what it means to him and his family to be treated so wonderfully.
