This place is terrible I recommend not going here it was atrocious. The person seemed on edge I asked how long have you been cutting hair he said 5 years this dude messed my hair up like bad I'm calling corporate and demanading I turned into a full Karen
Well... at the time I had a pleasant experience, but then my hair dried.
Leaving customers with soaking wet hair- it is har to see issues. Also the stylist didn't move my top section of hair (had it laying straight back) until I pointed out that it hadn't been cut. So it could've been worse?
Will not go again
I decided to try out this location since it was closer to home. Within minutes of the stylist starting to cut my hair I realized something wasn't right. She didn't seem confident in what she was doing and her approach to the particular men's style I had chosen seemed wrong. I had called up pictures of the style I wanted and what I was seeing in the mirror bore no resemblance. I've had this style before. At one point the entire left side of my head looked like I had just woke up from a nap. Before she went any further I told her to stop immediately and ask for help. The next stylist gave her brief instructions. She proceeded and the situation worsened. I stopped her again. A third stylist came over and took over. She was able to at least make my hair presentable but it was still a butchered mess.
I have never complained about a haircut in my life. I have to say the "stylist" was completely unqualified I will never return to this salon. One star was too many but it was the lowest score I could give.
We've been to this location a few times. It's affordable and Nikki is super nice, fast, and does a great job with my hair.
