Is there a less than one star rating? Awful place. Rude, crude, unprofessional staff. Bad haircuts. I'd be better off getting a haircut at Petsmart.

I am not a fan of this place. I've been coming here for a while and there seems to be high turnover. All the good people go somewhere else. You definitely get a cheap haircut but you never know what you are going to get. One woman a month ago butchered my hair and I had to go somewhere else to try and get it fixed and the people fixing my hair were laughing. I feel like you can tell them what you want and you will get whatever you get, not necessarily what you asked for. Unless you are getting your hair buzzed off go elsewhere.

On what planet is this a good children's haircut? It looks like he did it himself. Wondered if he was moving around in the chair? My spouse said no.

Terrible service. The male stylist, I believe his name was Eric consistently insulted my 6 year old by calling her a diva and a lot to handle (she was behaving as a 6 year old would) because she was being a little silly. He sped through her haircut and we left with an extremely uneven haircut, I just ended up fixing it myself at home. It was extremely embarrassing because he was talking this way in front of multiple other customers in a non joking manner. He even moved the suckers from the front counter when we went to pay to make sure that she didn't get one. Will definitely never go back.

I dont even want to give a star. She got my hair bad. I asked for a trim, not butchered hair cut. I asked for a refund and when his manger came in. He stopped and they looked at my hair saying nothing was wrong. My bangs werent even and my sides were in different lengths. The back was bad. I was so upset. They said they would do it over, but my mom asked how are you going to fix it. He didnt know. So I went to the one in monroe she fixed my hair and im so happy.
