Good place for a national chain. Stylist is skilled and friendly. Better than sports clips
This place is an absolute joke. I checked in online and got there at exactly the time I was supposed to. There were two stylists -- one was in the middle of a haircut, and the other was just checking out her customer. She said you should be up shortly and went in back and I could see her sitting down. I figured she wasn't doing haircuts and so I had to wait for the one in progress to finish. It was irritating because the customer and stylist were having a conversation about personal matters -- fine, stylist being friendly to customers -- except that when she talked, she stopped cutting -- so it was taking forever. Then the one sitting down for 15 minutes came out and said are you ready? I'm like, yeah, I was ready 15 minutes ago -- why didn't you cut my hair then? I had a customer she said. No you didn't, said, you were in back sitting down. I needed water she said. 15 minutes for water??? Thanks, I'll go elsewhere I said. Never again. The place should be shut down.
If I could rate a zero, I would. Leah was short with me since I came in with my boys to get a simple haircut. She was not kind and just behaved horribly. Never, ever, will we be back again. When she went to complete the cut, she was being such a horrible person that I told her to stop, I'd fix it at home. She stomped off and threw the cape.
