Got in straight away for a haircut by checking in on the app before I left the house. It's a national brand, so the service is friendly and efficient, and the quality is good; nothing over the top on either end of the spectrum. Don't go in expecting a boutique experience and you'll be fine. Be mindful that patrons of the Starbucks pretty well dominate the parking lot at certain times of the day, so assume it might take a little longer to park or that you'll need to park a little farther away if you're on that schedule.
My son got the worst haircut of his life here. Asked for a mid fade which is a very basic hair cut. He received a crooked line near the top of his head. The haircut was so bad we left laughing because it wasn't worth arguing.
Worst haircut of my life! They tried doing a fade, it is so short and the lines are all crooked and uneven, I can't even fix it! Had to shave my head and start from scratch! Thank goodness I work from home and don't have any plans until Thanksgiving! What a waste of money! If there was an option of negative stars, I would give it! Don't go there! Better off going to a dog grooming salon!!!!!
Went in to get a bad cut from one of there other locations wanted it reshaped and trimmed up. On the. Recommendation of a trainer for the company I would go them another chance Expecting to get my hair washed before he started cutting , nope brushed my hair and started cutting It dry with the prior day's product (hair spray ,heat protectant)still in my hair thought ok maybe he will wash my hair after ,and blow dry and style it Nope 10 minutes he was done , hair looked dirty and no curl to it due to him brushing it all out before cutting it I was truly disappointed I gave them 2 chances never again
If I could give zero stars I would. I HAD an undercut style hair cut that took me forever to grow out. In attempting to keep that undercut I told the stylist to just do the sides, nothing off the top. Apparently, she didn't know what an undercut was, but didn't mention that until she blended the sides in. I was absolutely furious. Then to add insult to injury, she charged me full price. I told her how ridiculous it was that she was even charging me period, and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. I didn't get what I wanted. It took me forever to grow that undercut out, and I have to pay for that??? UNBELIEVABLE. Gents, if you have undercut style hair cut or any style of peeky blinders cut and you wanna keep it, do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
