First off you can't talk to a human being when you call to schedule an appointment it is a recording that has you schedule online. I scheduled online for my daughter who is 8 years old. She has some sensory issues and is very tender-headed. We got there and there were two stylist and a manager. our wait time was 40 minutes. After we had waited this time frame it was our turn to go, I was told because my daughter had a lot of knots due to her issues they did not do that kind of service to help us detangle. Everyone there seemed very short tempered, overworked and just plain rude. One hair stylist was yelling at a little boy after she got done trimming his hair. Another stylist was talking about a lady who had just left there...very gossipy and saying what's people's problems tonight. Unreal.
This location is not the closest to my home but worth the 5 more minutes to get a solid haircut. The stylist here are always very friendly and professional. The check-on online feature severely reduces waiting time for a haircut. I've tried other area GreatClips but this one seems to be the most consistent. I usually stop in here every few weeks.
Probably the quickest haircut I've ever had. Stylist took off the cape as soon as she was done and gave me no opportunity to ask for more off. The goal is to get to the next customer and the next tip asap, I'm sure.
Terrific service from several stylists. They are consistently friendly, and make helpful suggestions. They also ask when you arrive if you need to check in which another location failed to do.
