If Great Clips would get rid of "T" and those others who lie for him this Salon would again become, hopefully, what used to be a great hair style and cutting salon again. My personal experience with "T" was SO OBSCENE THAT HE LEVELED AT ME, A DECENT AND MORAL WOMAN, WIFE AND MOTHER, WHO NEVER CONTACTED ANYONE AND ESPECIALLY NOT "T" VIA TELEPHONE OR MAIL FOR UNWHOLESOME PURPOSES.
Whenever I get a nice cut and shaped hair cut, I not only tipped the hair stylist at the hair salon, I also sent a more generous cash tip and card mentioning my appreciation for the way I was cared for and the look and wonderful feel of my new hair cut and style.
I have NEVER, in writing, by phone call and not in person made any inappropriate "conversations" with anyone and I mean EVERYWHERE I GO and THAT INCLUDES THIS GREAT CLIPS STORE.
"T" and HIS ACCOMPLISES, in MY CASE violated the law that protects persons 50 years and older from ELDER ABUSE and "T" and those who have seen and lie about his abuse of older women after they have left the salon are violating Tennessee and U.S. Law that protects persons 50 years of age and older from fraud and abuse.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people were totally rude and refused service to my 3 yr old nephew because they didn't want to deal with a child. It's his 3rd birthday and we were just trying to get a cute hair cut for his party. Not sure why people choose professions they're not happy with.
Terrible cut. Looks like they cut my friends hair with a blindfold on. She is traumatized. The hair is so short that it cannot be fixed, it will have to grow out.
Makayla I believe to be her name did amazing well for her first Texmex mullet which she name Texas mullet. I ain't gonna lie I was nervous at first. I only have one person back in Texas I let her cut my hair but Makayla did awesome. Thanks !!!!!!!
