I have to put a 1 star because there is no ZERO star. No one at this place knows what they are doing except this thin guy he did a great job with the guy next to me. I dont know how bad you have to be to screw up a simple haircut like mine. Top uneven, sided uneven back line crooked. Worse part is I NOTICED it then others said where did they mess up your hair at ? It is too short to fix so I have to live with this for a bit. Cannot remember the ladys name but shes around 50 talks too much and cant cut hair so watch who you get. I am positive she was new. Horrible job. I tip decent because I did not know how bad this was. I am now going to a barber in Jenison now to have them fix this huge disaster. Stay out of this place it is not good at all. Too embarrassed to take a picture its just bad.
Went in for a bang trim and she literally cut my bangs so short. They were super long so she had a lot of room to work with and ended up and just cutting them straight across. She didn't even blend them just a straight chop across my forehead and then slanted cuts to "blend it". It's awful and I wish I didn't pay for it.the second picture is how my bangs normally look after getting them cut. I'm so upset:(
I had my son get a hair cut here because the place I usually take him to was all booked up and he desperately needed a cut. Needless to say, the lady totally messed it up. It looks like she put a bowl on his head and cut it. It sticks up everywhere and is totally uneven. I tried to get it fixed but it resulted in having to get the whole thing shaved off. NEVER AGAIN.

This place is lucky to even get 1 star. I received a haircut from Joy. Went home to take a shower and realized my hair was uneven, there were patches, and it looked like I had a mixture of a fohawk/mullet. I went to the other great clips on health drive despite a 20 minute wait. They had to cut my hair really short so it could grow back even. She said it was the worst hair cut she has seen.
