Great Clips in Foley, AL

Heather was the best.  Been traveling for two months. Made appointment on line.  No waiting got me right in   And boy did I need a haircut. Felt and looked like a new person.   Thank you Heather

Absolutely scalped my toddlers hair. I asked them to keep it long. Just a trim. And now I have to wait for his hair to grow out again and reschedule our family photos.

My husband needs to find a new place to get his hair cut!  He's not that fussy but is never happy when he leaves Great Clips in Foley.  On one particular visit, he asked the stylist if she could do anything w/his cowlick & she got very annoyed & barked, "Comb your hair a different way!"  She didn't even try!  If that was, indeed, the case, she could have been a lot nicer about it.   Yeah -- he's fine w/that place!

My wife and I had a terrible experience there. She asked for a trim, even told Sharon or Cheryl (surprised we even got a name out of her being she wasn't talkative at all) not to even take off an inch. Being she only wanted the dead ends trimmed. She decides to cut not two, not three, but four inches of hair off. My wife wasn't able to look at her hair until she was completely finished, unlike most hair stylists who ask for their clients opinion less than halfway through. My wife was devastated and we will most definitely not be returning.

I get my hair cut the same every time. Clippers on the side and scissors on top. Other than that, I'm not fussy about the details (whatever looks good to the barber is good with me). Without asking me anything, apparently misreading my normal preferences from the computer printout, the barber immediately started using clippers to give me a very short haircut on top (before I stopped him and he somewhat fixed it). I went back anyways. I checked-in online and arrived about 20 minutes early. No one checked on me and I sat down (assuming online check-in was good enough). I sat there for about an hour and no one checked on me. They called several people ahead of me who did not check-in online and arrived after me. I figured out that it probably wasn't good enough to just check-in online. I should have said something, but no one bothered to ask me why I was sitting there for about an hour, as other people who arrived after me were helped. One of them even said that he arrived after me and I just shrugged my shoulders, thinking there must have been a reason. I should have said something, but this place is a mess. I left and will not be going back.
