Well..I should have known better haha
I walk in, no one comes to greet me to welcome me or to start the whole process or what have you. They were all just sitting there talking and looked annoyed to see someone come in and interrupting their conversation. One lady gets up like "oh" since no one else did. She doesn't section my hair. She comments how thick it is etc... dry cuts it... tries to then send me on my way until I tell her it's uneven. And she tries to blame me and my hair.... Bruh... it's still uneven I just went in to get it even from trying to cut an inch off myself lol

asked Melissa to cut my hair on the sides & leave the top. she proceeded to cut a lot more than i asked. how hard is it to listen?
I have been a customer of this Great Clips for about a year, having moved here in 2021. Prior to that, I was a customer of a Great Clips in Ohio. I have always appreciated the fact they offer a military discount to both active and retired military personnel. Today, I was disappointed to learn this location would no longer extend the discount to retired military personnel. I was told this was top down from the franchise owners who would rather have a few extra bucks for themselves. Elizabethtown, for all practical purposes, is a military community that supports all military personnel so it is definitely sad that Great Clips will no longer support all of us.
If you want you hair to look like Helen Keller cut it these are your people. They don't talk they don't ask they just put on a blind fold and cut.

We did not call ahead or sign up online but those services were available.
In a strip mall right off the interstate and by the Kroger.
Walked in and was able to get two haircuts immediately.
My son got a trim - he didn't want to look different and his friends not notice him !
Both ladies were very nice and did a good job. My lady was nice enough to answer questions for me about other things in town. Very friendly.
Would return again when needed.
