This is located in a strip mall located near Pennsylvania Ave in Downingtown, closer to Kimberton and Planet fitness. The parking is shared, and plenty. You can check in via their page to reduce your wait time. This place is not usually crowded and has fewer wait times than most nearby locations. There are closer to 4 stylists working at a time. They are friendly, I always had good experience with this location. They do honor coupons for services, including haircuts, and staff is okay with that and doesn'thesitate. I have used this place more than 5 times and am very much happy with them and continue to use it.
By far, the best hair cut experience I have ever had. The stylist I had, Lalli, was very nice, talkative, though not too talkative, and was very easy to talk too. She made me genuinely smile, which very few things can do lately.

Never heard of a company that turns away business when a person does everything right! Great clips in Downingtown doesn't know how to treat their customers. My son checked in online using the app but it said that he had to wait an hour, he left a half hour in advance of his appointment and received a text message to come in to get his haircut, upon arrival the receptionist then tells him that she took him off the list and she tried to call him twice but he didn't answer...but he was driving to the appointment so that's why he didn't answer his phone and as a 16-year-old new driver, he has been told he can't answer the phone when he's driving. He was on time, still had the text message saying that they were ready for him to get his haircut and then was told he was taken off the list because he didn't answer his phone?? Why they were calling in the first place, doesn't really matter because he still checked in and still arrived on time and did everything correctly. This is ridiculous and they should've still let him get his haircut, but she seriously told him that he would have to wait another 82 mins longer to get his haircut. What?? I didn't get an apology when I called the salon, nor option for the next day to come in to get his haircut or even a free coupon offer, nothing... Disappointing, I'm angry and they need to learn how to treat their customers!
