If I could give ZERO stars I would . After showing the lady a picture of what I wanted . She started to cut my hair the complete opposite. (It wasn't a complicated cut) I asked for long layers and I got cake layers . She should of just said she wasn't capable.

I used to love this location, but recently I walked into this location with my mask on as Denver county mandates and I guess that was the wrong thing to do! There were 2 people in there. A maskless older woman stylist and a maskless older man who was a customer. When I walked in, the stylist looked me dead in the eye and didn't say a word. She just continued talking to her customer about how masks don't work and they continued to discuss anti-mask and anti-vax rhetoric as I sat there.
I didn't stay long as I was deeply disturbed and uncomfortable. As a healthcare worker this was discouraging to listen to for obvious reasons. I don't really care what people's beliefs are, but I do think all people need to act professionally in their jobs (regardless of the job), and leave their personal beliefs at the door when they walk into work. Employees should follow city and county public health guidelines, especially when working that closely with their customers. It makes me wonder if this woman follows any of the health guidelines for a salon! Think about that for a minute.
I left that location, canceled my check-in and went to the Quebec Square location where everyone was wearing a mask and my stylist did a great job on my hair. So maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I'll never go back to conservatory green again.
Update with good info. You can check in through their app but it doesn't actually save your place. As people walk in, they bump those checked in on-line. Crazy. I watched as my "wait time" continuously went up and up. I called to confirm this is by design. So, checking in on line doesn't get you anything, and In fact delays your appt significantly.
I unfortunately had the stylist that was also in charge of greeting people, checking them in, and selling product. So we were interrupted no less than 6 times, sometimes for a few minutes. Of course she forgot where she was in my hair cut and started to dismiss me without finishing the cut. Don't go here until or if they do this differently or hope you don't get the stylist in charge of lots of other things.
The lady with the issues about washing hair and having $75 cords?? Yeesh. What do you expect. This is not a salon salon. It's great clips. They want to check you in to avoid situations like this. That's why they tried to. I may be a half mile away but when I make an appointment for my son it takes less than a minute to pre check him in. That way you can ensure that you are next in queue. I appreciate that. It's simple. You can even do it online which I find as a very convenient option. This is great clips not great wash your hair from the hospital oh woah is me while wearing some not really "designer" shoes. If you expect amazing customer service you probably shouldn't be paying 10-20 for a visit. They don't make much from that or plus the tip is not worth the hassle of making best friends out of a two to five dollars tip.
I don't personally go here but take only my son here and it's easy. They aren't the best at styles but they do good enough for boys and men.
