Omg.... I would not recommend great clips. There app is terrible estimated times are drastically skewed. if you value your time, schedule a haircut with a professional.

I take my 4 children here whenever they need a fresh hair cut and have been satisfied! Very professional and friendly staff. Can check in online with the app before arriving to save time since they are often quite busy.

I brought my pre-teen daughter in to have her super-long curly hair trimmed. We usually go to a great place downtown, but we were in a hurry, and I thought they couldn't possibly screw up a simple 3-inch trim. What a mistake! I checked my email as she got started, and when I looked up after a few minutes, she had already chopped off way more than 3 inches. I jumped up telling her it was too much, and she told me that my daughter said to take that much off. I had just shown her how much we wanted, so she had no reason to ask my daughter if she could take more off. My daughter was so sad, and the lady really didn't seem to care at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the manager was sympathetic when I called later and did refund our money. That doesn't put 3 years of growth back on my daughters hair, though.
