Idiotic protocol and unnecessarily bad experience. No one in the lobby and two (about to be three) stylists available. They said I would be next as long as no one the wait list was in the lobby. They took forever to input me into the system with all of my contact information just so they can call, email, and mail me marketing junk that when they were finally done a person walked in putting me to the back of the line with a 35 minute wait. So stupid to not just take care of a customer when you have no other ones ready to go. I'm done supporting places with their priorities backwards. They should care about getting me in and out with a decent hair cut over trying to solicit me for some future hair cut. Unsubscribe.

I took my 2 year old here to get his hair cut. The woman who helped us was beyond amazing with both my littles! I believe her name is Wendy. My son LOVES his "dinosaur hair"! Thank you so much!!
Checked in with app. There 3 of the 5 ladies were not cutting hair and decided to restock supplies while I waited diverting eye contact. Was very rude with response upon first arriving as well.
