Relocated to front of Cabela's not closed. Registered online, systems showed 74 min wait. I arrived 70 minutes later, there was 6 people in front of me. After 25 minutes the four employees cutting hair had not completed a single haircut. These folks are slow, what ever happened to the 12 minute haircut. I left without getting my haircut, not willing to wait over an hour for a simple haircut.
I love this place! Friendly, quick and easy! The service is exceptional and the employees are kind to children. Very short wait. Its easy to access. They could use a bit more cleaning however it's perfect for quick kids cuts.
This location does not like walk in appts. I recently tried it since they have just reopened near Cabelas.. no one in lobby.. 2 stylists.. one just standing around. First question.. ( no welcome).." did you check in online?".. no.. well it's a 30 minute wait as there are 3 others ahead of you on line.. but I'm here now, they are not.. doesn't matter... forget it.. rude mgmt. ..
I went and got a haircut on 10/6/2018. Kim usually cuts my hair, but since she was not there I let someone else cut it. Worse mistake. My haircut was the worse haircut I have ever gotten. I was so upset I didn't attend a social function that evening. I contacted headquarters and told them my problem. The owner contacted me Monday and told me to come back and they would fix the problem. I told him I wanted Kim to fix it. He said that was fine. I went today and Kim corrected the problem. Kim is an EXCELLENT hairdresser, she is an asset to Great Clips.
This shop moved recently, so they are closer to Cabellas. I went by... they had a discount haircut sign up front to attract new business and there was not a lot of cars outside; so went in. Two people ahead of me, none in the waiting room. AH... but wait, they take on-line sign-ins so when I set down... instantly I was 6th on their waiting list. I have gotten hair cuts with this company before... (at the other location) but this one seems to be... use the on-line sign-in, because we do not prefer any walk-ins. Sad.
