Beyond rude. Instead of just asking me to come back tomorrow since they are busy.....they whispered to each other while shooting me dirty looks. Not the way to conduct business. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this place.....I should have learned from the last time. But lesson learned Will never come back to this place again. I guess they have enough customers and losing one doesn't matter to them. No stars! Have to post one because I can't post my review without.
My sister and I came in to get a pedi. They told us to wait an hour. After they told me to take a seat to get started with my pedi. They turned on the water and didn't come back until 20 min later. They kept going from one client to the next back and forth. No sanitation whatsoever. I told the lady to file my nails and it seemed like she was in such a rush and looked like nothing was even filed. They don't even mind washing they're hands when they move from one client to the other every 5 min.
Super unsanitary when I walked in the table that you lay on has towels that were super dirty. Eyebrows were not even good. On top of that the lady was super rude.
I will not come here again. The manicurist was focused on seeing how fast she could finish certainly not on doing a good manicure. My nails and cuticles were left ragged and and I had to ask her to clean under the nail. A poor selection of nail polishes. And I was asked to pay before she was finished.
Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. They dip the same stick in the wax and they use the same wax for every person until they run out. My sister also got an allergic reaction or something with the wax that they used.
