Great Clips in Bradenton, FL

Very unprofessional at the Pinebrook Commons location in Bradenton Florida. Employees dance and talk trash about their previous customers in front of the customers they are cutting their hair now. Not a good experience! Won't be back.

I have never interviewed any type of store but I know for sure that this is one of the worst haircut salons I've ever been to my whole life I've got a haircut and it's just like they did the whole hair uneven that thing OK I got a whole butcher job although it may have fast servicing but they do their job so bad I guess you didn't even go to school I guarantee you didn't even get a high school degree high school diploma I guarantee you they probably even didn't do that good school they probably Mota have all F's hello go to school man and secondly they don't do a good job of the hair at all it takes him about a whole second for them to mess up your entire hair and plus they don't even care what you want they'll they will you could literally ask I'll hold Chicago bull designed they won't do that give yourself a bowl cut up so I highly recommend do not go to this place ever again.

The worst. They look at what you like via their CRM and then do whatever they like. The barber read the printout, and we talked about a "trim". When she was done my hair was WAY too short; Which I very specifically told her I didn't want. Before she started we laughed that she should appreciate my request as that would require me to come back more often for cuts. Well I'll be getting more haircuts, that inevitable. Not at Great Clips! I've never had a haircut in my 70 years where they didn't use scissors until I went to this place. The 'stylist' Sandra went over my head like she was holding a hand held lawnmower. Up and down, side to side. She just kept going. I told her that what I had wanted was a little shorter than a trim and she said I know we've got your numbers from your previous visit. Now my head looks like an uneven porcupine. I won't be back .

Not so Great Clips** Only two customers ahead of me with simple, quick cuts, it was off to a good start. The older of the two women (Thursday morning) was a little too chatty, stopping often on her client to just talk. I was thinking, please just finish the haircut... I hate playing stylist roulette here, and this was making me nervous. Well, I ended up being told she was cutting my hair.. as she directed the other stylist to sweep up both of their stations because she had to "go out back for a minute" undoubtedly to smoke a cigarette.. ok 2 things, first.. gross. You don't smoke a cigarette and then run those fingers through my hair.. and 2nd, hellooooo. Paying customer, smoke your damn cigarette when I leave. Because there was nobody else there. Took me 2 seconds to decide NA! I told the other girl why, and she offered to style mine. No thanks, I'm not feeling lucky. I will never ever be here again and I will warn people against it. I went down the road to Sports Clips and got a nice haircut and left a 5-Star review. Thanks for inadvertently directing me there!
