The stylist Carolyn was a rude as you can be
Did a very poor job on my hair cut. She did not follow my instructions and gave me a crappie haircut. Will not go back to great clips anymore

I asked her to put a little hair spray on my hair and she refused.

She was rough with the cutters, she acted like she really did not know how to cut hair

This is the absolute worst hair stylist I have ever had.

I do not recommend great clips in Bloomington Indiana they are really bad.

I have sent a message to great clip's requesting a full refund since now I have to live with a poor haircut.

Son's haircut was the worst haircut I've seen in 45 years.  Maybe the person cutting his hair actually worked at the Kroger checkout and was covering for someone on a smoke break?

I made an appointment online for my son and it had a 30 min wait time. I called to ask if they could cut a 3 year olds hair because sometimes they don't have someone who knows how to cut a child's hair.  When I arrived my son was crying because he was having trouble with the transition from the car to the hair salon due to sensory issues, and I didn't know he would be upset but I quickly calmed him down with my phone and a lollipop.  Right when I came in I was greeted with one of the women saying, "You must be the one who called," implying that my son was going to be an issue. Especially because other children had just walked out of their facility, this felt extremely rude and targeted. I ignored it because I like to give the benefit of the doubt.  When I arrived it was time for my sons appointment, but the 2 out of 3 women were walking around and talking about inappropriate stuff such as restraining orders and other drama.  I ignored this too, but after 20 minutes I was confused. There were 4 people in the waiting room at this point. I understand if they were taking a break, but they'd just acknowledged the fact that my son was upset, saw me calm him down, and proceeded to take their time.  I don't know why they couldn't get us in and out of there quickly.  I asked the woman's name who'd be cutting my sons hair so he could be familiar because it helps him to get to know strangers, and she said her name was Jeanie or Gina (don't know for sure).  She proceeded to suggest that I leave my son on the chair alone and to walk away and that might help him. I said that we'll see how it goes, but I know my son does not work that way. I brought him over to the chair and he started to cry again. I think that he could tell that they did not have good vibes. Jeanie, and the blonde woman whom she'd been talking to and took her break with, stood super close to my son and didn't have good energy, it was making him nervous.  It made me uncomfortable as well.  I explained that sometimes he has sensory and transitional issues and he would need a moment but he'd be fine.  He has had his hair cut many times and often gets compliments on how well he's doing. I explained it was my mother's memorial is soon and he needed his haircut for it so it was important. They did not give him any physical space, they continue to pressure me and tell me that he was not able to get a haircut today and to try to cut his hair while he was asleep. I don't know how to cut his hair and I've tried before it doesn't look good, so I always take him somewhere to get his haircut. Within two minutes of my son sitting down in the chair they were pressuring us to leave. It felt very upsetting because they were extremely rude and giving us judge mental looks when we just waited 50 minutes to get his haircut.  I picked my son up and I left.  They sarcastically said, "have a nice day" when I left.  I cried when I got to the car.  Anyone who has a toddler knows how this feels. I tried so hard and I feel hurt.  I've taken him here many times before but now we're obviously never going back. Terrible experience.

Waited 2 hrs after calling and asking the wait time and they said it was good to come in.. no accommodation and people added more cuts to their one check in. He didn't say anything about the time. Seriously livid about how rude and what a waste of time. Never again will I do this to myself or my kids.

I wasn't sure about cheap haircuts as I had some bad ones but this cut I got with layers is so amazing, still loving it and I always hate my hair. Great service and quick!
