Told the 'stylist' I wanted a trim and I had layers in my hair and I was thinking of adding more to get some of the weight off of my head. She asked me if I wanted her to use the thinning scissors and I said yes. So far so good. She sectioned off the back to get the length right then she brushed it all out after cutting the 'guide' and then went from one side of my head to the other cutting off half an inch, on the bottom only. And then she asked me if I wanted anything else, so I said what about the layers and I pointed to the obvious layers in my hair. She trimmed the sections on either side of my head and then took the thinning scissors and once again went from one side of my head to the other. And that was it! She didn't shape it or anything else. I was there for about 5 minutes. I have shoulder length hair and it's really thick and I've never spent less than 30 minutes in a chair before. I was so infuriated at this point I couldn't verbalize how upset I was or even tell her what else I wanted done. So I paid and I'm going to my regular location tomorrow and they are going to fix this disaster for free.
Me and my daughter stopped in today for walk in haircuts after not getting haircuts for almost a year, and were very happy with the results! Good haircuts, great price, and nice people. We will definitely be back!
My sons and I have come here a few times now and have seen 4 different stylists. One was OK but the others have not done a good job with our hair at all. Even for Great Clips this location is substandard.
They just gave me a haircut so bad I downloaded this app to give them a review. Absolutely botched my haircut and made me look like a bafoon. Never ever ever go here if you want a quality haircut because you are not going to get it here. I'm beyond pissed. Go to sports clips
NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. I got my hair cut there yesterday. My hair cut is uneven and absolutely horrible. I asked for my bangs to be cut on my eyebrows. They are like half an inch above them and maybe even more in some spots where it is uneven. The whole hair cut is uneven and weirdly shaped. Not only did I receive a horrible haircut but I also got my ear nicked. It was bleeding for a while. The "stylist" also whacked me with the hair dryer on top of the head. My head still is tender from where I was hit. I would not be surprised if the person that cut my hair yesterday was cutting hair for the first time. I am absolutely disappointed in the services I received yesterday and will never be returning to that establishment ever again!
