Thought my haircut was alright till I showered that evening. OMG...the one side was 1/2" longer than the other. Went back the next day and the gal that cut my hair was there. She had some lame excuse and both the girl at the cash register and her chuckled about it. I didn't think it was funny at all. She did straighten it out along with more excuses but never apologized.

Love great clips I've been going here since i was 5 years old the staff are nice ( can be a little rough but that's ok) the wait isn't a pro as long as u check in online (it's not hard people) but yea love it #1 place never had a complaint and is worth your money
Worst experience!!! I told the lady I had surgery three weeks ago and unable to wash my hair, and my hair is long and full of knots. She deep conditioned it and put on some other conditioner, clearly was very agitated with doing my hair. Slamming down her brushes and pulling on my hair without holding the top part of my hair. Completely rude. Told her I'd had enough and whatever her problem was, she didn't need to take it out on me with her bad attitude!! I walked out! First and last time I'll ever go back in here!!!
