Won't go here again. Been duped too many times by this place. Had a gel mani and was charged extra to cut my cuticles! I'm sorry, isn't that what you do as part of the service? They are always rushed as well. Just too expensive knowing how many other great salons there are nearby.
I was not happy with the customer service. This location is not a good option for nail polish without drying machine. I was not happy with the result.
Super rushed basic mani. No time in between coats to dry, led to clumpy half dry nails despite sitting for 20 mins waiting for them to dry (I was recommended 10 mins to dry- god knows the state they'd be in if I'd listened to that) now they're prone to dents in the nail polish. Shaping of nails rushed and buffing of nails led to 3 cuts on my nails. Gaps on my nails without nail polish. When I sat down the nail tech said she didn't want to work today so I had a bad feeling to begin with lol. Won't be back
I just had a dip manicure here. The young man who did my nails did everything during my pedicure even though these services were booked in two different time slots. I couldn't relax for my pedicure because I had to contort my body to reach where he was sitting. He didn't put polish on the sides of my nails, which was so strange. I asked him to fix it and he told me, "it will look FAT" and just stared at me like he couldn't believe I want to look fat. Then he "fixed" it but it visibly looks different than the rest of the nails that were painted the first time. It's matte instead of glossy. Hard to photograph, but trust it looks like garbage. He also didn't use any lotion at all. And after soaking my whole fingers in acetone, that left me with super dry, white-tinged nails. I can't believe they would let someone leave their business like this.
Beautiful and relaxing mani/pedi every time I go there. The staff is very friendly and take their time to ensure you have an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
