GOT NAILS & SPA in Rumford, RI

Don't get your nails done here my wife got her nails done here and the next day she had a finger infection going definitely getting money back and definitely wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here

Man oh man I miss the previous owners. It's been a few years since new owners came along and time and time again I give them the benefit of the doubt. Horeible customer service, I will never go here again. I used to recommend to family and friends...that won't happen anymore. There are MANY nail shops on Newport Ave, I will go to one of them from now on. Unbelievable.

Went to this salon for the second time and will NEVER go back. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Walked in on a Monday and they were dead, 2 people sitting in the chairs scrolling on their phones who were obviously (and very clearly) aggravated they now had to do 2 sets of nails (my daughter and myself). I told the VERY RUDE lady that I wanted a new set upon sitting in her chair. She said "we'll see" ....ok?

She then takes all the old stuff off and takes out her powder to start filling when I clearly asked for a new set. I stopped her and said "do you see how these are curling? And yellowing? That means it's time for a new set."

Her response to me was "you want a new set? You could have said that".....ok again?

I said " I asked for a new set when I sat
Down and you said we'll see"

She very aggressively started pulling all the nails off and burned me with each nail she did with her machine because she was so aggravated. My 8 year old daughter looked at me and said "wow"

I left there with crooked, and chipped nails and didn't say anything (lesson learned) because I was just done.

5 days go by and one of them breaks right in half. I call the salon because at this point I'm just fed up. The guy I speak to (Kevin) tells me to come in and speak with the owner.

Ok. I come in and tell him I would like my money back. He says no they don't do that and I could just have them "fix it" I explain that why would I want them fixed by the same place when these are the events that transpired? I just want my money back. He says "we can give you a gift card" smh.
Needless to say I walked out. I will never again give these people my business or my
Money. I will attach pictures of horrible fill.
I promise you, go somewhere else.

hello I went in on Thursday to get my nails done for Mother's Day and they came out great a couple hours later my cuticles started itching and then my hands started after that I called and talk to shop owner and he said come in and he will remove them i did that and I asked ok now can you put on another set he no I'll put gel polish on your nails I said no and told me come back same time tomorrow which was 7:00 pm and next I just called to see if he could see me sooner and he says no we closing I said but you told me 7:00 pm today so this point I'm stressing Mother's Day is a day away so I come in on Mother's Day like asked to all the techs there looked at me smiled smirked and made me uncomfortable people after people came I waited a hour and 15 minutes to even be seen asked to sit then shop owners wife says I haven't ate be back !!!!!! wtf she comes back starts and stopped about 4 times to answer phone and get a drink !!!! horrible personal skills. then she tells  me you know anything happens it's not our fault you got it so doing nails she put on crooked and lifted upward and she says I can't do the design you had before even though the girl that did it was standing right there !!!!!! this place sucks and my nails look like shit.
ruined my mothers day

I've been going here for at least 7 years.  Been seeing the same nail tech for maybe 4. I never complain or change my nails up. I get the same shape and color consistently for the past 4 years. One day I had her redo them and change the shape for fun. They were supposed to be coffin and by the second full they were some odd shape. Bc i don't complain I just dealt with it. I wasn't happy.  I got a pedicure every time I went also and I felt there was no effort anymore bc I never said a word. The last time I went was the last time I'll be back. I was just looking at them and forgot what I said and she says "you always change your mind. Always want something different." I was so mad at this point bc I went there religiously for many years and always tip well. I wasn't happy for a while but I don't like trying new places. Oh and I forgot the mention the fungal infection I got. She continued to do my nails. To save myself the embarrassment to going elsewhere I stayed there. I wasn't going to write a review but saw others felt the same way i needed to.
