Customer service is amazing, they are extremely sweet! The salon has so many services to choose from and is very professional and clean! I only go here to get my eyebrows threaded, I don't trust anywhere else!

Just moved to Dayton from New York so I was really looking for a good eye brow threader! I think she does a great job...I was so impressed the first time I went. She was thorough and took her time and she evened out my eyebrows and gave her professional opinion on them. She seems really kind and she doesn't talk your ear off, which is fine with me! I'm giving 4 stars because the other times I went I feel like I wasn't as impressed as the first time. But for all I know, this is where I'll keep going!

Believe the negative reviews. Very disappointed in the eyebrow threading service. Not neat or cleaned up good at all (choppy). Then, my right eyebrow too thinned over the top. I was offered to fill-in with pencil...nope! Even with my eyebrows growing back...I expected a much better job than what I received. I have never got a thread job where I looked no better than when I came in. Will not return whenever I come to this area again for anything. Very disappointed as a 1st time out of town visitor to the area.

Love this salon! Beautiful decor, clean, quiet, and smells great inside. Staff is professional and courteous. Eyebrow threading- fast, efficient, less painful than I've had elsewhere. Facial- AMAZING. My face felt great after the oxygen infusion technique- a must try. Henna for a wedding- fabulous and gorgeous. Great salon with many different services that you must check out! And as for the review below for turning away men's service- it does say women's beauty salon, so that's pretty clear upfront. Gender discrimination, really? So should I get upset if I go to a barber shop and they can't do my hair and highlights? Seriously, get real. You're allowed to specialize in and cater to whatever clientele you want.

This is the only place I will get my threading done. Suchitra is a gem! Her salon is clean and always so peaceful. She takes her time to get to know your face and shapes eyebrows accordingly. Suchitra is also incredibly gentle! I recommend anyone who is new to threading to try Suchitra first! Tips: call a week or two ahead of time! Suchitra is always in demand because she's that good!! However if its last minute (like I some times do) she will put you on a wait list and call you immediately if someone else cancels!!!
