I have been looking for a nail tech that really knows what they are doing especially, when you want your nails long. I have been wearing nails for years and I like them long even with a full set I want the whole Tip, I never get my nails cut down. The Nail technician John T. Knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to long nails especially the refill part he takes his time he cuts off any loose areas of the nail and refills it, It is rare that I even break a nail with the length that I have, I just went four weeks without a refill and I only have one broke now and that was my fault. He is very professional he is very precise and what he's doing so if you're looking for a nail tech that specialize in long nails book with him. Also, The nail technician named Sandy D. Gives you amazing pedicures where she makes all the nails even. Even if she has to add acrylic to make your nail be the same length as your other nails on your feet best pedicure in Charlotte.
DO NOT GO HERE... went to get a full set and asked for long skinny square nails, everything was fine until i asked her to file them a little more she instantly got an attitude and filed so aggressively my surrounding skin started to bleed. Once i noticed i got upset and told her i was NOT about to pay for bulky bloody nails. She then proceeded to snatch my hands and clip the nails off then told me to leave, never again.
I came here based on the reviews and it started out great, but quickly declined. I got a gel manicure and TT offered to do my brows. She was rushing the entire time then left a bunch of oil on my hands without giving me a towel to wipe it off. I had to grab my own towel before being rushed to the room to do my brows. I asked her to CLEAN THEM UP. Multiple times I stressed that I didn't want them waxed too thin. She waxed my brows so thin! I haven't had them done in a year and was growing them out. I'm so disappointed in the service. I even had to go back in to have the gel cleaned off my fingers. Sadly I wont be returning.
I went here Wednesday Jan 20 2021 , the lady shaped my nails okay but it's only been a week in of wearing my nails they are already lifting like the acrylic is no good I would not recommend going here
