Okay so I tried this place out as I needed a new place to get my nails done. I got a full acrylic set, with dip. And don't get me wrong, they were SO pretty. I got them done about three days ago, and on the second day one of them chipped. Another two the day after. And previously when I've gotten my nails done at other places.. I have hit my nails against things at work and around the house.. yet they very rarely came off like this. They came off SO easily. The next one cracked and partly came off, and this took off my real nail. It was quite painful and didn't stop bleeding. And at this point I was scared of that happening to my other nails, so I cut them down short. And those were the easiest acrylics I have ever trimmed off. I really rarely ever leave reviews but I don't want anyone else experiencing this!

I am highly upset with this location! My family and I have been going to this nail salon since we have moved here back in like 2006 we have been very faithful to their business and always came back. Even after going off to college. Recently due to pandemic we have been having a change of schedule. One of the nail artist that I typically go to is no longer at this location. The last time I went to their salon I went to this nail tech. This was over a month ago. I recently had a chance to go get my nails done while out of the area and I really like my current design from the old stylist so I go the same thing from the salon in DC. When I arrived back at this location today two of the workers accuse me of going to the nail tech that no longer works there. I can tell they were murmuring about me and the old stylist because as she was talking she picked up my hand to take a good look at my nails. I knew they also had a problem upon my arrive because the owner kept asking where my mother was. After she completed my eyebrows I went to pay at the counter and she literally said "tell ----- I said hi". This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional especially since I have never been to their old stylist salon. I have been to plenty of stylist and nail salons between them but I always stay true to coming back to the salon but after this encounter. They definitely lost my family business.
