Love this salon! Suzette is the best hairdresser around! They are always very helpful and accommodating.

I have been going to Glow for over a year and the stylist is still unable to remember where I part my hair. Once again it was cut with one side longer than the other. It was noisy, not at all relaxing and my stylist was talking to other people and not paying attention. The previous visit included the owners screaming child. I was overcharged at the register and the associate was unable to do a refund. It was over 50.00 for an 8 minute hair trim. There are no longer other services such as mani/pedi or facials. Won't be back.

Suzette is amazing! I've been going to her for a few years now and I've never had a bad cut. She's great with curly/ wavy hair. Love the receptionist too and wish I could remember her name. She's always so helpful!

Made an appointment to just have the mid back of my hair trimmed, where I could not reach. $33 for cut, wash & style. Later found out it is $36 for DevaCut. I told them when I made the appointment that I did not want a wash, just trim. I arrived to my appointment after cowashing & conditioning my curly hair which was air drying. I do not use heat on it. It took 10 min to just trim the back. She was very good not to touch the ends. Then she started walking me back & found out she was going to wash my hair. I told her NO. I said again I had already conditioned my hair with very expensive products designed specifically for curly hair & I dont need a style because I air dry my hair. But I was told I had to get a wash & that was how they show off their products.  Little did I know by walking to the back they just added $20 to my bill!!! I was charged $65 & my hair was frizzy on top where the dryer was used. My hair looked worse than it did when I arrived & had to pay $65 when was advertised $33-36.

UPDATE:
Spoke with staff. Then the owner/manager Rebecca, called me back. She was concerned that I had had a negative experience. She was extremely polite & apologetic & she wanted to "make it right."  She appears to be genuinely concerned about her clients & business  & is willing to go above & beyond to ensure quality service & a positive experience.

On May 31 I brought my 15 yr old grand daughter in for a birthday facial.  When she was done she said, "Oh Nanny, I am so happy to be alive today.  Erika was so sweet and nice to me and it felt so good, even when she popped my pimples.  When I walked in there I felt like a stranger and when I left I felt everyone was my friend because they were all so friendly to me.  I can hardly wait to go back".  I feel the same was also and love my stylist, Dana.  Patricia B.
