I visited this shop on a Wednesday afternoon. I had an appointment so the wait wasn't long. I was really excited about this place because I'm very busy and not many places offer appointments. I can't say anyone was friendly. The woman who did my nails seemed to be in a bad mood which was strange because her dog was in the shop and usually dogs lighten ones mood. The next morning my nails turned a grey-ish/black color. I called the shop on Friday and described what I was seeing on my nails. She asked me to stop by and show her. I came by and showed her and she told me that the discoloration is from wearing dark clothing and rubbing my nails against my clothes. Normally I would accept this explanation but I work from home and haven't gone to the office in months or worn dark jeans in months. The black tights I was wearing are at least 3 years old and have been washed several times. And I've gotten light colors from other salons and have never had this issue. I thought it was the nail color but instead of just offering to fix it. She blamed me for the issue then offered to put a clear coat on top. Then she reluctantly said I could wait and pick out a different color. I waited a few minutes and left it wasn't worth it.

Great service!!! I've been going to them for 2 years now. I'm always satisfied with the work they do. My nails and toes always look great. I've been to other nail shops and they are always in a rush and the work is horrible. I also like that it's appointment only.

Just rude. Didn't act like she wanted to do my nails. It use to be a good nail shop when I was In high school. Never going back. Too many other good places to go that's happy to assist.

I'm from out of state and found this nail salon in a nice shopping center. I was a walk in and completely understand the need to wait during a busy time. My mother is in the hospital and all I needed was my polish removed. I waited until the owner asked my name and if I had an appt. He said nothing else. Didn't explain the wait time, express they would be with me as soon as possible, nothing. Their children were running around the store. It was terrible customer service and first impressions were a let down. I know where to tell my local family to avoid.
