I purchased a Groupon for a Full Balayage here because I'm still searching for a stylist I can go to all the time. (I'm natural blonde, so it's not a complicated process). I received foils instead of a balayage, though. Plus, she didn't even tone my hair - I wanted an icy blonde color & i got a more brassy tone. I showed a picture & everything. There was only 1 person there, so I couldn't say nething to anyone else working. She didn't really understand much English, so it was difficult. I wanted a toner & glaze, of which I did not receive & she basically ignored my request for them. I will not be returning.

Terrible experience. Damaged my scalp tremendously. She painted bleach directly onto my scalp and told me it was normal, I'm left with sores all over my scalp and had hair fall out. Not only bad color (bleached my entire head a yellow white when I asked for balayage) but tremendously damaged my hair (the ends and outer layer got completely fried) damaged my scalp, and caused hair to fall out. Please avoid this place doesn't seem very legitimate! Only one chair in there for four hours I was the only person. Sketchy dangerous and not good.

I had a great experience with Reshma! She is extremely professional and timely. She did a wonderful job with my bayalage and made sure I was satisfied with the final look! I will definitely be returning to Reshma for my hair again. Would recommend her to any of my friends!

I showed up 15 mins early for my CONFIRMED appointment. Over 15 mins later (I thought maybe she was running late and I've been here 3 times before), I received a text from Reshma (owner) that her stylist cancelled MY CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT and she was out of town. What a way to show that they respect people's time. They just lost a loyal customer!
