Horrible! The people are mean and they don't do what you ask. I asked for a simple curly hairstyle soft look low bun with curl type and they did the exact opposite. Even though I told her I didn't like it she insisted it would look better then that one I did like.
I made an appointment over the phone for a hair consultation and color. I get there and no one seems to know why I am there. They take me to the back to wash my hair, and I ask if that's necessary now if I am getting color? Confused, I am lead back to the front. Stylist Charisse, as she's doing someone else's hair, tells me to sit in the chair next to her client and says, so what do you want? I tell her I wanted to talk to a stylist first about different looks before I decide, but I want color. She tells me I need to make a color appointment. I thought I already did! No one was prepared for me, and they even seemed bothered that I was there. There's no organization or customer service. I would not recommend this place.
Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I always have a great experience at this salon. Love the outcome of my hair every single time. Charisse is my go to stylist and does an amazing job with my hair. Thank You
I went to this salon to have my roots touch up and instead i paid 300$ for two different hair color. At first it look okay but when i got home and picked up my hair my husband notice that amy my hair stylist messed up my hair having it looked to different colors. I would never go there again.
I love what Joan did to my hair! She's the best! Prices are affordable too. Just make sure to schedule ahead of time because that salon has a lot of loyal clients
