This store has terrible customer service. I was treating my friend for her bridal shower to a mani-pedi. We arrive a little late but called to let them know we were on our way. However when we areive we were greeted in a rude manner and it seemed that they could only accommate one of us. I suggeted my friend and that i didnt have to go since they had customers waiting. When the bill arrived, they charged me a full service fee bc i didnt cance my appt. I was there with my friend for an hour and no one mentioned that I would be charged $30 until it was time to pay. If that was the case, i would have demanded to get a mani. Such bad service and terrible business practices.

Amazing! Everyone was so nice and Alexandra did the best shellac manicure I have ever had in Southampton, NYC, or Philadelphia. No streaks, and she was so kind and warm. My new go to place when I'm out in Southampton.
I was in desperate need of gel polish removal so walked in near closing. Alexandra was efficient in the removal, though I have no idea why she put my hand in the UV machine while my nails were wrapped w foil. She had no idea either. Anyway, tragic polish gone, I made an appointment for this morning to get a proper manicure and a shellac pedicure. Pros: Excellent attentive service Nice facility w no TVs Toes look great Nice people who are obviously a fixture in the community Cons: Tools come from a container of disinfectant, not autoclaved, sealed packages. I declined cuticle trimming for that reason. Had my hands buffed rather than replacing the shellac. They look healthy and great except...they aren't filed evenly...or even really round. I was in a bit of a hurry towards the end so just let it go. But really? Also 2.5 hours for a shellac pedicure and manicure w no polish? Not including the time yesterday to take the old polish off? So: not bad. Pleasant spot. Adequate results.
