I have been getting mine, my daughter's, and husband's hair cut here since my daughter was 7 we are going here today to get her hair cut for a job interview at almost 17yo. We love this place it's a family tradition and they make us feel welcome and like family

First, the reason I have this one 1 star because they are Vietnamese like me, and I wish they could done better to the next Vietnamese visiters. I really want to give it 0 star if I could. I wanted to support and had done that to many local beauty salons before, until I visited this place. All I got is dissapointed feelings afterward. The old lady who did my eyebrowns made me feel like I don't want to speak Vietnamese with any Vietnamese nails salon staff anymore. Cos the moment she heard I speak that language, she asked me tons of questions about my privacy without caring to how I want my eyebrowns to get done. About the job: I could wax my eyebrowns so much better myself, cos I go home and find out she only waxed them, not trimmed or cut any extra length of hair, and the job only GOT DONE LESS THAN 5 minutes since I refused to answer to that old lady all my privacy family stories. About the experience: the old lady kepts running her mouth asking about my own personal stuff like my family members' occupations, and where they and I live, and how long I've been here WITHOUT mentioning how I want my eyebrowns to look like. I had to speak it up, tell her what to do to my eyebrowns but seemed like she was not interested in her job at all. She might think Asians only give small tips that's why she did not care much about what I required and tried to do a good job. She's super nosy and rude. She's quite backward and need to get update her skills so far. I told her I dont want my eyebrowns look so ankle, she insisted that I wanted my eyebrowns look thick (that's not the same thing). I thought I would let it go (my experience feelings with that salon), But only 2 days later, my eyebrown hairs in the waxed area grow back again which is so ridiculous. I could have so much better eyebrowns done in the Seasons Hair salon near by. The women their done very good job and my eyebrowns take long time to grow back (cos they make sure my skin so dry before they do the wax). Plus the lady is dumb and rude, after I denied to answer all of her questions by saying I came here to relax, she raised her voice said: "I'm not curious, Im just caring Vietnamese people like me." I wont come back here again. And if you are Vietnamese, consider before speak that Language. You can see in the pictures the end of my eyebrowns are sucked, it's only after 2 DAYS, no pointing shape as they need to be, the middle is just a mess, no cut or trim. The whole pairs look stupid just like amateur did that job.

Have been going here for a long time now. They are the cheapest cuts aside from a beauty school. Check other reviewers re nails and waxing. Hair cuts are mediocre and sometimes need fixing (uneven, etc). -1 star They have changed their hours, but aren't punctual - owner came in a few minutes late, and didn't open till a bit later. Another -1 star

Not happy at all!! Will NOT returning! Went there on a Saturday and only one person doing nails and I was a party of 3. No good colors to choose from cannot do different shapes on nails. Didn't feel very welcoming at all!
