Awesome place! They really care about their customers! I just had a great dip manicure and a fabulous pedicure! Owner stayed open late to make sure I was taken care of before the upcoming holiday!
Wow. I made a reservation and when I arrived was told that they had tried to call me but my mailbox was full but I would have to wait 20-30 mins. Ok. I sat down and 40 mins passed and no sign of anyone making any moves to begin filling my basin with water. When I asked why they would book people ahead of me if they knew I had a 3 pm reservation, the woman at the front got snarky and said that they didn't take any other people in front of me. Ok. I get that they tried to call me but if my mailbox is full have you heard of something called TEXT. They could have texted me so I didn't get there so early or made the decision to cancel my appointment as I have my own busy schedule this evening. Really bad customer service, rude, and not professional at all. Then they were going to start my service without even finishing up with the customer they were working on. I don't want to punish a customer by taking into their time to cover their inability to schedule appropriately. So I got up to leave, and then the lady at the front actually thought I would consider returning by offering me a coupon. Seriously? I am never coming back here again and am going to make sure I tell all my Mclean/GF -no make that all my DMV acquaintances- to never come to this establishment.
My nail tech spent so much time making my nails perfect. I got dip with extensions and they're thin like my real nails!
Such a great place ! I love the way Cindy does nails especially... very natural dip application not too thick and gentle on my nails.
Very intimate and cozy salon! Lovely staff- not the best pedicure I've ever gotten but very relaxing. They charge extra for matte- be aware! CURRENT SPECIAL: 25% off dip for new employees!! My total was $40 gel mani, $30 pedi, $10 matte surcharge. Overall I'm happy with my service, my nails look bomb but it look a lot of explaining to get the nail shape I wanted. I don't believe they are particularly skilled at pedis. The sides of my big toe nailed were not treated as usual with my ingrown sides situation. Come for a mani they are very detail oriented and I got paraffin and a hot towel included!
