I enjoy going to this salon to get my haircut and massages. Really enjoyed my haircuts from here! Always friendly and helpful staff!! I had Hillary and Anna before and both have done a wonderful job styling my hair. My massage was very relaxing. They helped relieve any muscle pain I had. It was really worth it! They have Aveda products which I highly recommend trying them! This spa is worth going to and has a relaxing friendly atmosphere.
I should have reviewed years ago. I have moved again and realize how I rely on these reviews as I search for a new stylist. Hillary was my stylist for years until I moved in 2019. I miss her. She is friendly, skilled, communicates well, and listens to her client. If I knew what I wanted for cut and color, she gave me that, and usually better than my vision. If I was unsure, she would offer options, and I was always happy. When I had to come back to town for a funeral, 2 months after moving, she found a way to fit me in on short notice. Great customer service for a former client. Hoping to find my next Hillary.
Do not go here. I received the worst haircut of my life. It was crooked and just awful. Other stylists agreed that it was crooked and had to fix the next day. I paid for a balayage and literally ZERO difference to my hair. The manager didn't care and gave me minimal refund after I had to ask over and over. Do NOT go here if you are making a big change to your hair. You will regret it.
Horrible! My hair was fried after I asked for highlights and lowlights plus the color wasn't even what I asked for! My hair felt like glue, couldn't even move!!! the girl that did it didn't even feel bad and they were gonna let me go home like that until I complained! Ladies, go ANYWHERE else but there!!!! That's all I can say
