GBS Threading and Skin Care in Enfield, CT

I have been going to see Tas for eyebrow threading for the last few years. She does such a great job and always greets me with a smile. She shapes my eyebrows perfectly every time, never too thin.
You don't need an appointment but may need to wait if she's working on someone else. (Wait isn't typically very long.)
Go see her, you won't be disappointed!

I'm so sad! I always use GBS Threading, but today I have one normal and one thin and chunks of brow missing. It's BAD! Going to be driving to other locations from now on.

I had the worst experience......
This pace is filthy and bad!!!! Waste of my time!
So I call this place a day in advance for appointment due to COVID reasons and they said no need for one and they do walk-ins..... however, when I went there the next day for treading and waxing, the lady asked me to wait inside the room until she attends the one other customer who clearly after me....After waiting inside the room for more than 10 mins, she tells me that there were customers with appointments and she had to attend them first.... Dude be consistent in your business!!!!

Recently went there, and got small red pimples in every area I was threaded! And I do not have acne prone skin! And the lady I had didn't do a great job, instead of plucking out the hair it's like she cut it so there were still visible black dots in the areas she had threaded. Very disappointed.

Went here to have eyelash extensions and they had no lashes. That is literally your business is lashes and eyebrows. It's like false advertising. I drive to Holyoke first because it doesn't specify which one of the two locations had the extension leading customers to believe , they both carry them. I called the store in Holyoke first and got no answer but knew they were open so I drove there only get disappointed. Went to the Enfield one and same thing. Never coming here again.
