Okay so I've always been very very picky about my hair especially because I'm a little Tom Boy but I couldn't thank this place enough for Darion! I've been here a hand full of times now and can say that Darion makes me feel very welcomed and always knows just what I mean. Works with me every time to figure out just what I want unlike my previous experiences at other locations, I feel like she's ready to hear you out, not rushing or that awkward silence during the appointment lol. The overall environment from this establishment is very clean, attentive and the other workers are just as friendly! Highly recommend !
Nov 29, 2022 What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment at 1130am and arriving for that appointment 5 minutes early only to be told "Take a seat and wait because I have to do her nails after I finish her hair"? REALLY? Why tell me you can only see me at 1130am so I need to hurry over to be seen then otherwise you don't have time? Just like you have a "schedule" you try to keep, your clients/patrons do too. You really wanted me to sit and wait a minimum of 30 more minutes for my appointment? Why not just tell me your busy till at least Noon? Sorry, but it's shady practices like this that get you a bad review. It's inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. Definitely won't be going here again the future nor recommending it to anyone.
First time customer had a great experience doing mani and pedi by Martha. Definitely recommend.
Was in town from our winter home and needing a haircut in the worst way. Called at 11:30 AM and was transferred to Darion. She had a short window if I could make it by 12:00 As she had a client running late. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and Darion said she was expecting me. Darion was so friendly and personable. Told me about the local area, where she and her husband go camping, what she likes to do for fun and a local place to go for beers. Given all that, the haircut was the best I've had in a long time. Even my wife commented on it when she saw me. Wish she'd move to NE Washington so I could get great haircuts there, but will defini be back in October for more great service. my wife will be in for a manicure and pedicure as well. I would highly recommend Darion.
