Gateway Nails & Spa in Little Rock, AR

very disappointed. my natural nails are short anyway, but she cut them and uneven.  my cuticles we're very dry and she did a good job on them, but the polish (gel) is awful one finger seems to have a blop on it.
she shaped them last which took polish off the edges. when I left she didn't say a word just took my $, turned around and left.
After I got outside and saw how awful they looked I started to go back in, but they were busy and I didn't feel like waiting for another tech to start over.
I think this is the first time I have given a review on anyone, but it is the holidays,so if you dont want to take a chance on your nails looking bad, go somewhere else.

Went to this place to get dip on my nails. The following week the dip started chipping on the side of one nail. I went back to get it fixed. The following week after getting my nail fixed 2 more nails did the same and when this happened it caused my nail to break. I was frustrated again and didn't bother going back. I ran into an old customer of Gateway Salon and was telling her about my experience. She was telling me about one of the old nail techs who used to work there by the name of Ethan who is now at O'kay Nails in Bryant. I scheduled an appointment there with him it was a great experience and I was pleased with his service. O'kay Nails in Bryant is a new nail salon go there and experience it for yourself. They are great!

If I could give zero I would. Take your money elsewhere. This is trash. I came in for a fill and color change. Doesn't even look like the same shape. Told them same shape. And the proceeds to do coffin. Just go somewhere else. Came in with a friend and she was first told 45 and he then proceeded to charge double after he was done

I will not be back.  One of the nail techs, Ethan, does not like to make repairs.  it's been bad enough that I've paid other shops for repairs.  yesterday, after spending $50 on nails, 3 were discolored and ethan saw it.  he did a quick sand, buff and redip, it was fixed. he asked me to not come back.  There was no scene, he was still tipped but after considering the thousands I have given him and asking for 3 nails to be fixed while I was still in the salon and the last customer, it's a lot.  the owner posted a comment to my google comment asking me to call to make it right so I did and it was a completely different story with me on the phone, I was the problem because my nails got fixed and I was picky.  maybe they need to call it half a nail if they don't intend to do a good job.

Went here on a whim. I've noticed past reviews show some bad experiences, but the man I saw was excellent. He took his time planning out and making sure everything was perfect. These are the best nails I've ever had done. I didn't catch his name but he was tall and somewhere between late 20s and 40s.
