DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A HAIRCUT! Worst haircut I have ever received . Asked for a simple cut and this guy did what ever he wanted and cut all my hair off. Do not go here
This hands down is the very worst haircut I ever got in my life. This is absolutely horrible. I went in for a haircut, and left like this- didn't know until I got back to the beach house we are renting in Salvo. We have family photos tomorrow and this is beyond fixable. I called this morning to see what they were willing to do- and they said if you want to complain "then come back and complain." Very rudely!!! I drove 25 miles each way for a haircut. Paid good money for a service and I got this... unless they are willing to make up for this somehow, I'll be spreading my reviews and pictures!! I'm very upset and this is going to leave a horrible memory for my family vacation photos.
I arrived 40 min before the shop was set to close, the door was open and the shop was empty. After 15 min of waiting I gave up and left. Maybe the owner is a good barber, maybe he isn't, but you'll have to find him in the first place to find out
Small one chair shop attached to his home across from the power plant in Buxton, NC. Really great haircut. Gary is very efficient and my three weeks of hair were off and gone in minutes. Easy conversationalist. I called ahead to make sure he has was open. Worth the drive.
Best cut I have had in many years, exactely how I asked for. Great service, quick service and totally wonderful expreience. Gary was fantastic, and I highly recommend his shop.
