They don't take credit cards. Very rude to anyone that's not a regular customer. Talks on cell phones and texts while they keep you waiting. The woman doing my nails cut me 2 times then tried to lie like she didn't do it and said it was like that before she started like I wouldn't notice she cut me. Not very clean.
Worst service ever!!! I had called galaxy nails 2 hours before to make my appointment to have a full set put on... they lady who answered the phone could barely speak English... I asked what time they closed and she said 8pm... I made the appointment for 7:00pm.. I arrived at 6:45pm.... instead of taking me in at 7, they took 2 people from off the street before me... I ended up waiting at s booth until 7:20pm... I told them I made an appointment... she went ahead and did my nails and when they were done she charged me $40... when I called she managed to speak English to tell me the price, which was $25 for the set and $5 for the french tip.... I had Polish all over my fingers and air bubbles in the acrylic... I will NEVER go back again!!! I will drive an extra 10 miles to have my nails done before I will go back to galaxy nails!!!!
Not worth your $. I had to keep asking the tech to trim my toenails better and she barely scrubbed my heels. They don't speak English and have side conversations. Doubt they really understand what you really want.
