I used to like this place I referred so many people to them bc I thought they where nice ppl. I was a loyal customer for 2 years and because I like to get the opinion on nail colors from the nail tech sometimes that was a problem. I've never been so insulted and all because I simply asked her was the color on my nails similar to one I was looking at and yes I was getting a refill on nails she did herself. She said I always come in late ( 5 pm and the close at 6:30) which it's not true and "I always ask for help picking colors she don't want to help me with that I should already know". Business owners/ employees need to understand without customers they have no business. I was never rude not 1 time in 2 years. It's obvious they don't care about real customer service, it's all about our dollar. Oh and to add insult to it she was so upset with me bc I came late which was 5 pm but 2 Caucasian women walked in at 6 pm and they gladly took them with no problem. I'm not saying I ever felt like it was about race but in that situation I did. So from now on I will only support African American nail techs enough is enough. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.. RUDE NASTY AND RACIST
I think this nail salon changed owners and now the prices are way over average and they used old nail products. Do not frequent this salon.
I went to get a full set done here about 3 weeks ago. Everything seemed nice at first and they're very inexpensive but now 4/10 of my fingers have nail fungus. one of my fingers has a huge spot in the middle which means they were likely never sealed properly from the start and the other 3 only show fungus near the cuticle edge where they filed the nail down. They do not sanitize their tools or practice hygienic methods. Do not get your nails done here.
Prices don't match the service. Upon first opening the price of a pedicure was 25$. Yet you didn't get quality work... Now two days before Mother's Day I give them another chance and go in for a pedi and gel overlay. Upon completion of my pedicure I didn't like the color and my toenails weren't even and square even I I asked the lady if they were and she said yes. Horrible work so I tell them my nails need to shaped better and I'd like a color change due to me not being happy with the color I was told I would be charged 5$ for a color change and was treated very rudely. I will not be giving my money to this nail shop ever again
