Gala Nails and Spa in Midland, TX

Do not go here, my 16 year old went to get French tips and they did them all big and bulky and they looked all deformed. So I took my daughter back since she went alone the first time. I told them they made them big bulky and ugly and all they offered was to fill the side of her nails. I don't know how they we're going to fix it if the lady that did them put too much gel. Filling the sides was not going to fix the top part of the nail. If the lady did not know how to do nails she shouldn't be doing them. They didn't even want to give my daughter her money back either. Shame on them for taking advantage of a child. Taking my business somewhere else

I won't go back. They acted like it was my fault when I went back in after the owner had responded to my Google review. They wanted to charge me for a fill and told me they looked that way bc they are two week old. It's my fault they look like crap and have blobs of stuff under every other nail and not cleaned up. No i won't go back and don't advise you to go! It'll be your fault if it's not done right.

DO NOT COME HERE! My aunt and I walked in and the only lady there asked us what we wanted, we told her, then all of a sudden nobody was "working"...she never said anything like come back at this time or someone will be in later. Her attitude was terrible and I wouldn't spend my money at this shop.

Bad service, got cut three times on just a manicure. Once I started bleeding they superglued my cut. After picking out a nail color that I wanted, they took it upon themselves to pick out a color that was the total opposite of what I picked out. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

We are in town for a wedding, my daughter ask for a blue acrylic dip, the nail tech did blue dip on her toes which is what she wanted. The nails on her hands are different shades of purple, which she wanted blue to match her dress, and there are gaps between her nail bed, she said something about the color and they told her it would change colors in a little bit, which it did not. We expressed our time frame and dissatisfaction in the nails being different colors and with gaps, they said they would fix I tried to explain we do dot have the time to have them completely redo her nails. The lady quit talking to me, I ask for managements name and number she told me she did not know the name and told me to get a card. They are very unprofessional and their work is very sloppy. It's a shame the way they treat their customers and a total waste of money.
