Gaia Nail and Salt Cave in Copley, OH

Aww I wish I had a picture but I don't. Spacious salon, I went in for a regular pedicure, with Mika. My toes look amazing, no one has shaped my toenails this well in ages! I got such a beautiful color, and a nice leg massage. The chairs are massage chairs, there is also a bar for cocktails.

$70 for gel pedicure. 1 pinky toe polish peeled off an hour later, the other pink toe chipped in the same day, next day another toe peeled off. Disappointed isn't even the word.

I had a great gel manicure!! Staff was friendly and did a great job, plus they were able to make me an appointment last minute (I called in the morning and was able to come in the afternoon). I would definitely come back!

Awesome experience here! Everyone is super nice and helpful. Came with a relative and we each had a different service. We made an appointment ahead of time, which I highly recommend. My relative had a lava pedicure, and I had a full set ombré nails. Both of our nail techs were very helpful and professional. Very happy with our services! Loved the atmosphere here too. I was able to check out the salt cave...totally awesome! In addition to nail services, Gaia offers massages and facials, plus the salt cave for skin and respiratory ailments. This place is so worth checking out! Same day appointments can be made.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but I got what was possibly the worst pedicure I've ever seen here and was so disappointed. I had gone once before and got a manicure from one of the guys and LOVED it which is the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one. But when I went back to get a pedicure, I had someone else (not sure of her name) and it was awful. One nail was damaged almost immediately in the salon, which I asked her to fix, which she didn't seem to pleased about. I noticed another one before I left but didn't say anything because I had lunch plans and we had already been there a long time after needing a nail redone and waiting for that to dry as well. But after I got home my toes were itchy and some even painful and I noticed the polish on multiple toes looked like it was sliding off the toe (not from shoes, I had sandals on), one of my toenails was cut into such a sharp corner it was causing another toe to bleed, and they straight up forgot to paint one of my pinky toes. I was so excited about this place after my first manicure but sadly I will not be going back! I would consider it if I could go back to the one technician I liked but don't remember his name to request him.
